EarlyBird discounts save you 20% on the full price of a course. In return you give us certainty.

To qualify, all you need to do is book and pay for a full price place on any of our courses by the offer closing date. This is two months before the day the course runs, with adjustments for weekends and holidays. Earlybird discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other special price.

You don't need to pay at the time of booking, but payment must be received by us by the closing date. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do accept credit cards in case your corporate accounts department cannot raise a cheque quickly enough.

EarlyBird bookings are not just firm. They are rock solid. They may not be cancelled or transferred to another date. You may, however, substitute another delegate at any time up to and including the day of the course.

Should payment not be received by the closing date, your booking is upgraded to full-price with full cancellation and transfer rights and costs.
